Services are provided following payment of online deposit fee or complete payment as noted on the online booking page. Services are provided to patients without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, mental or physical handicap, sexual orientation, or place of origin.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy: no returns/refunds/exchanges made following paid deposit. Deposit fee is non-refundable even if patient decides to cancel appointment after booking.
